Welcometo "Club Marine Boutique"Club Marine Boutique is simply a small club designed to enhance our customer relationships by offering four different levels of membership. Depending on your membership level, it provides things from exclusive and very low pricing, preferences on stock items and special deals, tracking down of that hard to find tank inhabitant to providing seminars, events and group activities for those like minded enthusiasts of the Marine Aquarium hobby. We will seek out weird, wonderful and rare livestock and goods at great prices, offer free on-site visits for testing and consulting, free home deliveries, and activities that club buddies would like to be included in and arrange outings or events for our CMB members. We will also organise special group discounts for the members from the event providers and just have a great social day out. Level 1 - Paid ServiceThis is a paid service of $500 per year, payable in advance, and gives you the most exclusive membership and Club Card that gives you access to the services below. To join, simply call the shop in business hours and speak to our staff for details, pay by credit card and we will generate unique Club Marine Boutique photo ID card. This Membership level includes: All below services for Levels 2, 3 & 4. 4 x Free on-site after business hours tank consultations per year, within the local metropolitan area (some exclusions apply, please call) 24 x Free home deliveries, within a 5 suburb radius of the shop, for sales $50 or more, of our goods that would simply fit in a car. (Large Tanks excluded) 6 x Free on-site water testing per year within the local Metropolitan area. Cheapest possible pricing around on stock such as tanks, Lighting, filters and other hardware and goods. ( Typically Cost +5% on Tanks & Chillers ) 1 x Free tank delivery to your door within the local area. (up to 4ft)
Level 2 - Paid ServiceThis is a paid service $250 per year, payable in advance, and gives you an exclusive membership and Club Card that gives you access to the services below. To join, simply call the shop in business hours and speak to our staff for details, pay by credit card and we will generate unique Club Marine Boutique photo ID card. (Tanks may or may not be included due to size, please enquire) This Membership level includes: All below services for Levels 3 & 4. You will need to sign-up to our website & purchase more than $1000 per calendar year with us. (Initial Purchases are included) - 6 x Free business hour home deliveries within a reasonable radius of the shop surrounding suburbs for small goods that would simply fit in a car.

Level 3 - Free Service with Group ActivitiesThis just requires you to simply have shopped in store, and provided us with regular contact details in our system and just become known to us as a retail customer. There is no joining fee at this level, just an enthusiasm and a want to be involved in special events and outings we organise with other members such as: Joining at this level means you will have all services listed below plus services provided to Levels 4 members as well. Level 4 - Limited Free ServiceThis just requires you to sign-up to our website, and provide us with regular contact details in our system and just become known to us basically. There is no joining fee at this level, simply go to our Login section, create an account, Wait for our validation and confirmation, then your away. . A customer ID starting with WWW- indicates your a level 4 Member |
