At Marine Boutique, we work hard to offer you quality products at great savings and discounts. Prices and goods offered on our auction web site or private sellers offering products for sale are not the responsibility of Marine Boutique. 

Ordering Information

Placing an Order

Orders are accepted by phone or through www.marineboutique.com.au

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent via email, if you haven't received and order confirmation please contact us via email to confirm that we received your order, and to further assist you.

Order Status

We will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via email. Tracking numbers are sent via email once they are available. If you do not receive this information, you may email us at marineboutique.com.au. for your order status or tracking number. We will also contact you via email, unless noted otherwise, if there are any issues regarding your order.

Duplicate Orders

Let us know of the issue immediately by emailing us. Due to the number of orders we receive, we may not catch the duplicate order and both orders may be shipped if we are not informed.

Cancelling an Order

Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after the orders have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 15% restocking fee plus return freight charge. Orders cannot be cancelled or refused due to delay in shipping or order processing. If you place a deposit down for an item we are ordering in for you this deposit is non-refundable if you change you cancel.

Payment Information

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Marine Boutique will take all reasonible care in preparing, packing and shipping livestock.

As all livestock is perishable, NO DOA claims will be recognised. Marine Boutique will pick the healthiest livestock we have available to ship to you, to help undergo any transport stress. 

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted securely through PayPal, over the phone with a credit card or by direct deposit into our account.

Billing and Shipping Address Verification

Verification is required to guard against credit card fraud. It is for your protection and ours.

If the billing address and shipping address are different, please contact your credit card issuer and request for them to add the shipping address as an authorised shipping address for your account.

Sales Tax

Marine Boutique must collect a GST tax of 10% regardless of county of residence/to be sent to.

Good are shipped by either Courier or Australia Post depending on product being sent will depend on how we ship..

Shipping Costs

We offer standard shipping on every order. Orders typically arrive within one to four business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). It will ship once credit card authorisation and verification is completed. Standard shipping is available in Australia. Shipping cost is calculated by the shipping weight of the item.

 

International Shipping

We can ship overseas (livestock excluded) but for international shipping you are not only responsible shipping costs but also for any import tax and duties.

Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you're shopping for multiple people at different addresses, separate orders need to be placed.

Return Information

Return Policy and 7 Days Satification Guarantee

To avoid returns we suggest you ask about any product you are unsure of before you order by emailing us.

We hope Marine Boutique products are your choice in keeping Happy Fish and a Healthy Aquarium. But if for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, please let us know. All products we sell on www.marineboutique.com.au carry a 7-day Money Back Satisfaction Gurantee. We'll give you a refund for the full amount you paid minus a 15% restocking fee. Please make sure the products are in their original condition and packaging with all contents included, and bring or send them back within 7 days of your purchase. Return shipping to us is at your own expense. All return must accompanied by an Return Authorisation (RA) which you must obtain from us first (see below) and a copy of your receipt.

RA (Return Authorisation)

All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorisation (RA) number issued by us within 7 days of your original invoice date. After 7 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RA. RA’s expire in 7 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, components, and other accessories and documentation included. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.

Any deviation from the returns process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments including defective items.

If packages need to be returned to us, please email us for an RA number and return shipping procedures.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds can be placed back into your credit card or as a store credit.

Some important notes:

  • Marine Boutique will only take back items in original packaging and condition for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • It will take one to three business days to process the return, and credit back you credit card. The credit back to your credit card usually takes two to three business days to appear on your account statement.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
  • All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, and packaging will need to be returned in order for us to process your RA.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Marine Boutique shall in no event be liable for damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, for injury to any property or to any person, by reason of the person's negligence or otherwise in connection with the safe, delivery, installation or use of the products and/or provision of services pursuant to this agreement, and purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless Marine Boutique against further liability. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Marine Boutique  shall in no event be liable for lost profits arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement. Neither Marine Boutique  nor purchaser shall be liable for delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement arising out of causes beyond it control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantines, strikes, embargoes, or severe weather.
